What if my pet will not sit still?
That is completely fine. Most pets do not sit perfectly, and they do not need to. Sessions are designed around movement, play, exploration, and natural interaction.
Can my family be included?
Absolutely. Pets are family, and the people they love can be an important part of the story. Parents, children, grandparents, and multiple pets can all be included where appropriate for the experience you choose.
How long does a session take?
Most PET•LENS sessions are designed for up to 90 minutes, but we never rush. The pace depends on your pet’s comfort, energy, personality, and the experience you choose.
What happens if the weather changes?
If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will reschedule. Light cloud, mist, and softer weather can often create beautiful photographs.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in a location that feels right for your story — from beaches and forests to meadows, parks, urban settings, or a meaningful place your family already loves. We will help you choose a location based on your pet, the season, and the kind of photographs you want to create.
Does my pet need to be off leash?
No. Safety always comes first. Many photographs can be created with a leash, and it may be removed carefully during editing when appropriate.
Can you photograph shy or anxious pets?
Yes. Shy and anxious pets are given time, space, and gentle encouragement. We work at their pace and never force interaction.
When will we receive our photographs?
Your gallery timeline will be explained before your session. Each gallery is carefully selected and hand-edited so the finished story feels polished, natural, and consistent.
Are prints and albums available?
Yes. Fine art prints, wall collections, albums, and other meaningful artwork can be selected after you view your finished gallery.
